I love being creative and making art. Every day I get the chance to knit, draw or create art at home. For the last couple of years, I have been participating in holiday craft fairs to showcase a variety of my work and meet other artists in our community. I wasn’t able to set up a booth this year, so I wanted to put my offerings online! My family has been very helpful taking photos and putting them up on my website. I am so happy that I am able to express myself with my art and share it with you this year. Hope you have a wonderful holiday and feel free to see more of my work at jessicaparsonsyoga.com.
I am raising money for Kenny’s service dog training fund. He is currently at training school and will graduate this month. Kenny is being trained at Doggie Does Good. They are a non-profit organization that trains service dogs to help people with disabilities to live a more independent and happy life. All of the money raised from the sale of my arts will be donated to his training fund.
Scarves and Hats
I spend most of my free time knitting hats and scarves. I have even made handwoven scarves and dyed silk scarves with my teacher, Bev Ryan. It is just chilly enough to start wearing these warm items, which I am so happy about! If you are looking for a custom knit scarf, please ask me about color options. I would love to make a scarf especially for you.
Ceramic Plates
One of my favorite ways to get creative is to make ceramic plates with my teacher, Francine Kirsch. She has taught me many methods of creating and designing ceramics. I have used nature, animals and patterns as inspiration for these designs. They come in a variety of sizes and I am so happy with how they turned out. I hope that you can use one of them to plate your favorite holiday dish this year!
Great Gifts
If you like searching for a one of a kind gift, this is your best bet! My teacher Indra Strong has taught me how to make handmade greeting cards, and every set includes 6 unique cards. I have also created pieces that are great for plant and animal lovers. There are more located on my website, so please check it out if you love shopping local.
Thank you so much for your support. Happy Holidays!
